International Opportunities
Master License Opportunity:A qualified individual or company can become a Franchisor in a particular country or territory (several countries) by becoming a Master Licensee. If you are interested in becoming a Master Licensee, contact us via e-mail. Be prepared to tell us what country you are interested in and any other information you feel that is relevant. Upon receipt of your email, an International Development Manager will communicate with you, and answer any questions you may have. You will also be sent additional materials about PostalAnnex+, the Master License program and information on financial requirements. If there is a strong interest on your part and if you qualify, we will send you a letter of invitation to visit our World Headquarters in San Diego, California. During your visit, we will discover your needs and goals, answer any questions you may have, go over the Master License agreement and visit our store operations. Plan on a two day visit. If both parties mutually agree that this is a good fit, you will be asked to sign a letter of intent. In some cases, and if both parties agree, the actual Master License agreement could be signed during your visit. The payment of the master license fee occurs on or before the signing of the Master License agreement.
Individual Unit Franchise Opportunity:
PostalAnnex+ offers individual franchises. If you are interested in buying an individual franchise, contact us via e-mail, and an International Development Manager will guide you through the process.
Regional Franchise Opportunity:
This type of opportunity is only available where a Master License already exists. The Master Licensee may sub-divide the country or territory into regions and sub-license the area. Contact us via e-mail to get additional information and evaluate if there are any Regional Franchise opportunities in your country of interest.
Locations:
We are currently in Austria. We are currently recruiting Master Licensees in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
Start Up Costs:
- Master License Costs: A prospective Master Licensee will pay a Master License fee for the country or territory they have selected. This fee can range from $70,000 USD to $1 million. In addition, Master Licensees are required to have sufficient capital to set up an organization and develop the country.
- Individual License Costs: An International Franchise fee is $29,950 USD. In addition, a Franchisee will need additional capital ranging from $40,000 USD to $100,000 USD for construction, equipment, training, and startup overhead expenses. A travel deposit of $5,000 is required for travel expenses by the PostalAnnex+ Home Office staff to assist in the opening of your store.
