ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
- The quality of your imprint begins with your artwork.
Digital Art - also called electronic art, can be sent by e-mail or on CD-ROM. For the best results, create your art as vector art in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, save as an EPS (encapsulated postscript file), and convert your fonts to curves in CorelDraw and outlines in Adobe Illustrator. Original art must have been created in vector and not converted to an .eps from one of the files below.
- Only professional software packages may be used to produce artwork. Although programs like Microsoft Word and Publisher are useful tools, they are not capable of producing art files of a quality necessary for imprinting purposes.
- No GIF, JPG, TIFF, BMP, WMF, PPT or PICT files are acceptable
- Always send a hard copy of your artwork along with your order by fax or mail.
- Stay away from scans of artwork, business cards, etc. Art provided only on paper will need to be rescanned and redrawn (see below)
- For compression, we recommend Zip or Stuffit.
- Unacceptable art will need to be redrawn by our graphic artists at a minimum charge of $30. Vector art files will be sent to the customer for their own future use. This will delay your order a minimum of 2 business days.
- We have a large selection of National Logos available as well as large organizations (Kiwanis, Rotary, etc), you must have the authority to use these logos. Please inquire with the store to see if your logo is available.
We reserve the right to modify your art if it does not meet these quality standards.
Production Time:
Standard production time is 7-10 business days from approval of layout. This does not include freight time. Rush service is available at an additional cost as well as rush freight. |
