Conveniently located on the corner of Cedar and Shepherd in Fresno, Vino & Friends is a local wine shop and restaurant. Wine shop owners Chuck and Jen Van Fleet designed Vino & Friends to be a place where Fresno locals and their friends could experience different wines. Customers can select three, four or five pours from the back bar and enlist the help of the staff to discover their preferences. This Saturday, October 27th, Vino & Friends will be hosting a tasting from Frank Family Vineyards.
In August of 2006, the Van Fleets opened Vino and Friends in a 1,500 square foot location with only 150 wines in stock. Since then, the shop has expanded into a 4,000 square foot location that features a restaurant, over 300 wines, and a wine club with over 725 members. Fresno locals can dine on delicious meals like steak, scallops, and burgers and select a wine from one of the 40+ wines available by the glass.
