Pablo Picasso is credited with saying, “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”  If you’re an art lover wanting to break through the monotony of day-to-day life, look no further than Bonita Art School.  With the belief that “anyone who loves art can be an artist,” Bonita Art School offers fine art classes for students of all ages and skill levels.

At Bonita Art School, you will find small classes that are open to students ages 7 and up.  By keeping the class size small, students are able to receive personalized art instruction.  Classes cover a variety of topics, starting with the basics of drawing and painting and moving into mastering various mediums.  Whether you are just starting to tap into your artistic talent or you are a seasoned artist, expect to leave each class having learned something new.

Bonita Art School was established in 2004 by the late Jessica Symonds.  Her goal was to make art fun, easy and accessible to the community.  Today, the studio is owned and operated by Miss Hayley, who has taught classes at the Bonita Art School since 2008. She has an Art degree from San Diego State University, and she has enjoyed a career in the art industry, working in various galleries and showing her own work.

If you create something at Bonita Art School you’d like to send to out of town friends or family, stop by the newest PostalAnnex in Bonita/Chula Vista for UPS shipping or FedEx shipping.  The friendly professionals at PostalAnnex will professionally pack your artwork for safe arrival, and they can even compare shipping rates to find the best rate and service for shipping your packages.
