Tucked away off Highway 74 in Perris, CA is Willow Creek Springs (WCS), a place for Perris locals to find plants suited for the local environment and all natural beauty products. Liz and Joe Grumbine began Willow Creek Springs in 1996, taking several years to build the nursery and cultivate the gardens. Joe began propagating herbs and perennials that are able to thrive in harsh environments, and Liz perfected her formulas for natural skin care products. Today, Willow Creeks Springs has grown into a wholesale nursery, botanical garden, and boutique gift shop.
In the boutique, visitors will find a variety of hand crafted items like garden art, jewelry, antiques and gifts. The boutique also features Liz's 100% Natural Skin Care Products, and her homemade jellies and syrups. Visitors will also find a variety of gift baskets, including “Grow your Love” gift pots. These unique gift baskets come with organic soil and seeds and variety of Willow Creek Springs products like skin care products, jellies, herbs, sage sticks and soaps.
Along with their nursery and boutique, Willow Creek Springs offers gardening classes for Perris locals to enhance their gardening skills. Many new gardening classes are scheduled to start this season, as well as a monthly Open House. The monthly open house will feature mini workshops, garden tours, and vendors.
Willow Creek Springs is currently under construction and closed for the winter, but those who want to visit can still make an appointment to swing by. Anyone who needs something last minute can also stop by the Willow Creek Springs kiosk in Old Town Temecula for any gardening and beauty products.
