There are also sheep milk cheeses and a selection of goat’s milk cheese available. Customers are encouraged to sample the different cheeses to find their favorite before purchasing.
While Gourmage primarily focuses on their offerings of fine cheese, the shop also features a variety of other delicious items. There are wines that can’t be found at the grocery store, as well as specialty beers. Those not in the mood for wine can warm up with a cup of coffee, tea or homemade Belgian hot chocolate. New Braunfels locals will want to stop by often to enjoy a light lunch of soup, salad, or gourmet sandwiches. For dessert, there is homemade ice cream and gourmet marshmallows in a variety of unique flavors along with specialty chocolates and candies.
