San Diego-based Annex Brands, Inc., a multi-brand franchisor in the business services and freight shipping industries, officially opens its newest PostalAnnex franchise location this summer in Encinitas, California. This is the 65th PostalAnnex in San Diego County and the third in Encinitas.
Located at 162 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road in the Rancho Santa Fe Plaza, the new PostalAnnex is owned and operated by franchisees Chuck and Cindy Datte. The Dattes have been residents of San Diego since 1969 and have raised three children (Amanda, Chris and John) in San Diego. In addition to their new business, the Dattes are also dog lovers and passionate exotic and classic car collectors. Cindy Datte is a former project manager with American International Group (AIG). Chuck Datte is a Vietnam Veteran and now Chief Software Engineer for SPAWAR.
Annex Brands, Inc. President and Chief Financial Officer Patrick Edd, a long-time resident of Encinitas, is excited to announce the Dattes’ opening as well as celebrating the 30-year anniversary for the PostalAnnex brand. “San Diego is where PostalAnnex began and the Dattes’ business keeps the brand vibrant and growing, perfectly located to serve the growing needs of Encinitas and Rancho Santa Fe.” Edd adds, “Chuck and Cindy bring extensive experience as business owners, and we are proud to see them become business owners for themselves but not by themselves. The official ribbon cutting ceremony will be Friday, September 18, 2015 at 12:00 noon in partnership with the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce.
