At the seminar, guest speakers will cover the basics of raw feeding, discuss the health benefits raw diets, and show the different types of raw pet foods available. The event is free, but IB Pet is requesting that those who plan on attending sign up on the IB Pet website so the store can make sure there are enough information packets and samples for everyone.

Tanner suffered from health problems as a puppy, and after many futile trips to the vet, the Blauerts did their own research and learned that Tanner's health problems could be due to his diet. The couple decided to start feeding Tanner a whole food raw diet, which solved his health issues. After their experience with raw diets, the Blauerts decided to open IB Pet in 2009. The store was a success, and they have had to expand twice since opening to accommodate the growing business.
